Lather, rinse, repeat

Dear Diary,
In case you didn't already know, just cause someone is a womanizing jerk with no empathy doesn't mean you won't miss them when they're gone...unfortunately.
But it gets a little easier everyday. It helps to know that you're better off in the long run and to remind yourself that you didn't see any real future with them. What doesn't help is being afraid and uncomfortable to talk to anybody new.
And not knowing precisely why.
